Kasargod : Gas leakage after tanker overturns at Adkattabail

Kasargod, Oct 16, 2019:  A  tanker loaded with gas  has overturned at Adkattabail on the National Highway here on October 16, Wednesday morning leading to gas leakage. The tanker was proceeding towards Kasargod from Mangaluru  when the mishap occurred after the driver lost control over the vehicle.

 

As a precautionary measure,  power supply in the area has been snapped. Fire service personnel and police have rushed to the spot and are trying to plug the leakage.

Traffic on the Kasargod-Mangaluru National Highway has also been suspended and vehicles are  plying on an alternate route.
