Kasargod : Five persons test positive for Coronavirus

Kasargod,  May 25, 2020:   Five persons have tested  positive for Coronavirus in Kasargod district on May 24, Sunday. 

 

All those who tested positive on Sunday had arrived from Maharashtra. Those infected include a 41 year old woman from Kumble, 32 year old Mangalpady resident, two men  aged 44 and 47 from Paivalike and a 60 year old man hailing from Varkady.

On Sunday two persons including a health worker and a Kumble resident have been cured and discharged from hospital.

A total of 3,020  people are under quarantine  in the district. Of them 539 are under observation in hospitals while 2,481 are quarantined at home.
