Kasargod: 10-Year-old strangled to death by swing

Kasargod, Mar 20, 2017: In a shocking incident a 10 year old girl dies as she was strangled by a swing on March 19, Sunday in Manjeshwar.

 

 

Ashwitha, daughter of Harish  is identified as the deceased. She was studying in Std V in Udyavaragudde Government school.

It is said that that Ashwitha was palying in swing made of Nylon saree tied to a tree located near the house. As the she was palaying the saree which was used to tie the swing entanged her neck and  was satrngled to death.

She was rushed to  hospital in Mangaluru but effort to save Ashwitha was in vain.
