Karkala woman dies as bus overturns near Moodigere

Moodigere, Feb 05, 2018 : A young woman from Moodushedde in Karkala taluk has lost her life  when a private bus in which she was travelling overturned   at a curve in Kirugunda village of Moodigere taluk on Sunday midnight.

Several other passengers in the bus have sustained injuries. The  bus named Reshma was on way to Bengaluru from Karkala.

The deceased has been identified as Bhavya (25). The injured have been admitted to a hospital in Sakleshpur.

Local police have registered a case.
