Karkala: Rider dies in bus-bike collision

Karkala, Nov 28, 2023: A collision between a bus and a two-wheeler at Bailur on November 27, Monday has claimed the life of the rider while the pillion rider sustained serious injuries.

 

The deceased is Nagaraj (20) of Palli Kokaikallu. The injured pillion rider is Manju. The private bus was on travelling on the Yarlapady-Govindur route while the bike riders  were heading towards Karkala. The mishap occurred while negotiating a curve near the Bailur High School.
