Karkala: Body of youth drowned in Arbi falls, traced

Karkala, Aug 16, 2019 : The body of a youth who drowned on Thursday while taking selfie in Arbi falls in Karkala, traced on August 16, Friday.

 

The deceased is identified as Sudhesh(26) son of Krishna Poojary of Abbnadka near Nandalike.

Sources said that Sudhesh and Bharath had been to Arabi falls on Independence day as it was a holiday. While taking selfie both slip and accidentally fall into water. Bhartah somehow managed to swim but Sudhesh drowned due to strong current. His body was traced today.

Case has been registered.
