Kalburgi Murder Case: Prasad Attavar bail plea hearing posted to September 8

Mangalru: September 6, 2015: The second Judicial Magistrate First Class on posted the bail pleas hearing of Prasad attavar to September 8, Tuesday.

 

Prasad Attavar was arrested on charges of posting objectionable photos lauding the assaulter who killed scholar MM Kalaburgi.

According to the sources, the advocate of Prasad Attavar had applied for regular bail and interim bail on Thursday.

The II JMFC magistrate had asked the prosecutor to file objections on Saturday.

The Magistrate posted the case for orders on September 8, after hearing the petitioner plea in favor of bail.

It may be recalled that Attavar was involved in Pub Attack and has been involved in many other communal cases.
