Kadri Park toy train on test runs

Mangaluru, Feb 23, 2018: Kadri park toy train ‘Bala Mangala Express’, which has not been functioning since 6 years to the dismay of children has begun  test runs. Its official run will only begin after clearance is obtained from railways department.

 

On 7th January, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had flagged off the new train. Even though the train was fixed and the laying of the track was done, it’s still in limbo waiting for the arrival and approval of technicians from railway’s Palghat division. The official resumption of the toy train services will meet reality only after its trial runs and inspections are done.
