Kadri Park gets 60 solar lamps under Karnataka Bank’s CSR programme

Mangaluru, Aug 17,2016: The 60 solar lamps installed by Karnataka Bank at Kadri Park in Mangaluru under its Corporate Social Responsibility programme were inaugurated by P Jayaram Bhat, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank on August 16, Tuesday.

 

Speaking on the occasion,  Jayaram Bhat said  Kadri Park was one of the important place of Mangaluru with many  coming here to enjoy a peaceful stroll. It is the duty of everyone to  ensure cleanliness of such places and make good use of the facilities provided ere, he added.

JR Lobo, MLA of Mangaluru South     appreciated the kind gesture of Karnataka Bank in providing solar lamps to the park.

Ivan D’Souza, MLC, P I Sreevidya, ZP CEO, Mahabaleshwar MS, Chief General Manager,   Yogish, Deputy Director of Department of Horticulture, Nagaraj R Hebbar, Assistant General Manager of Man Regional Officer and several bank officials and staff were present.
