Kadaba’s brave soldier fights LeT militants in Srinagar

Mangaluru, Feb 16, 2018:  A young  soldier  Zubair who is from  Neranki  of Bajattur village in Kadaba taluk  has brought laurels for his home district as well as Karnataka by being a part of the CRPF team that valiantly fought against the  Lashkar-e-Taiba militants who were in hiding in a building at Kashmir four days ago.

The team of which Zubair was part of, was successful in striking down the militants in a matter of a few hours.  It may be recalled here that two Lashker-e-Taiba(LeT) militants were killed by security forces in Srinagar’s Karan Nagar area on Tuesday after a gunfight of nearly 30 hours that had started after a failed attack bid on a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) camp in Kashmir.

Zubair  is the second son of Samoon Beary and Aminamma couple. Zubair had his education at the Government  Higher Primary School at Haleneranki and Sri Ramakunjeshwara High School. He later completed his PUC and BBM  courses at St Philomena College.

Zubair has also uploaded a video of the CRPF operation on Facebook which has gone viral.
