KPL, Kudla Premier League from December 20 to 25

Mangaluru, Dec 14,2016: Addressing media in Mangaluru, Friends Urwa secretary Gautam said Friends Urwa will organise KPL, Kudla Premier League, an eight-over day and night cricket match series at Urwa cricket ground from December 20 to 25; the league will be inaugurated on December 20 at 7.30 pm in the presence of dignitaries.

The winner team will get a cash prize of Rs 3,00,003. Runner-up team will be rewarded Rs 2,00,002. Man of the series will be awarded with a Tata Nano car. Man of the match will be awarded with Rs 25,000 cash prize. Every match will have a man of the match title.

A music extravaganza will be organised on December 24 at 7.30 pm. People in need will be provided with financial assistance on the same day. Achievers of various fields will be felicitated on the occasion.  Cricket tournament is being organised by the association from the past 11 years.

Friends Urwa president Tilak, vice president Alwyn Richard, sports secretary Pradeep Kottari, joint sports secretary Ashraf and others were present at the press meet.
