Joseph’s Engineering college in pact with KCCI to nurture minds of youth

Mangaluru, Nov 23, 2019:   St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC), Mangaluru, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI).

 

The main objective of the MoU is to have an industry-institute interface to enhance the confidence of students by nurturing young minds and helping budding young talents.

SJEC, who was earlier a member of the KCCI, has elevated its bonding with the apex body with the signing of this MoU.

The memorandum was signed by Rev Fr Wilfred Prakash D’Souza, director of SJEC, and Isaac Vas, president of KCCI. The exchange took place in the presence of Shalomi Lobo, member of Industry-Academia Committee at KCCI; Vathika Pai, member of KCCI; Rev Fr Rohith D’Costa and Rev Fr Alwyn D’Souza, assistant directors of SJEC; and Prof Lionel Aranha, Governing Board Member of SJEC.
