Mangaluru, Mar 07, 2018: The BJP’s Jana Suraksha Yatra will help in bringing the BJP to power in Karnataka thereby further strengthening the Narendra Modi administration at the Centre, said Union Minister Ananth Kumar.
He was addressing the valedictory of the Jana Suraksha Yatra of the Mangaluru North Mandal unit held at Suratkal on March 6, Friday. The event began with the garlanding of the portrait of Deepak Kumar who was killed in Katipalla recently. His mother Hema Rao and others present on the occasion offered floral tributes to the portrait of Deepak.
"The world is looking upon India ever since the BJP came to power at the Centre. All nations are offering red carpet welcome to India," Ananth Kumar said. CM Siddaramaiah who has been appeasing minorities all these years, is now highlighting his Hindu identity as elections are nearing, he further added.
CT Ravi, BJP spokesperson and MLA said there is no doubt that Jihadi elements would raise their heads if the communal Congress government was not ousted.
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel said the party is determined to oust the corruption free government in the state.
Former minister Krishna J Palemar, BJP North Mandal unit President Dr Bharath Shetty and others were present.
