International Power Lifter injured in road accident near Baikampady

Mangaluru, Mar 03, 2018 : An International Power Lifter seriously injured in road accident on National Highway 66 near Baikampady on March 03, Saturday.

 

Vishwanath Bhasker Ganiga (27) of Kundaupur Internationl power lifter  is identiied as the injured.

Sources said that Vishwanath was on his way to Kundapur from Bengaluru. The bus he was travelling collided head-on with crane.  He is bieng treated at a private hospital in Mangaluru.

He had participated in Commonwealth Games held at South Africa won gold and siver at Jammu Kashmir in Power lifting.
