Injured leopard rescued by forest officials near Kota

Kundapur, Nov 12, 2019:   An injured leopard was spotted in a bushy area at Madhuvan Achlady near  Kota on November 12, Tuesday.

Locals immediately informed the Forest Department following which forest officials  arrived at the spot. By then the animal was found hiding in a culvert out of fear. The Forest personnel who had arrived with a cage trapped the leopard.

Hundreds of people had gathered in the area to watch the operation.
