Illegal butchery raided ; 72 kg beef seized, 1 arrested

Bantwal, Dec 19 2017 :  One person was arrested in a raid on an illegal slaughter house at Maripalla near Pudu following a tip off on December 18, Monday evening. Police have also seized nearly 72 kg of  beef  and other implements found at the place.

The arrested person is Basheer (45) from Maripalla.  It has been gathered that he was operating the  illegal butchery near his house since some time.
