I killed and 4 injured in Ambulance-Car collision

Kundapur, Sep 18, 2016:  The ambulance rammed into car killing one on the spot and injuring four at Shiroor on September 18, Sunday in the morning .

The deceased is identified as Jagadambika. They were their way to Kollur from Murudeshwar when the accident took place.

It is said that Ambulance was on its way back from Bhatkal after leaving a patient to Hospital. Ambulance collided its head on with Maruthi Alto plying from the opposite direction. Among the six occupants of the car Jagambika was seriously injured and was killed on the spot. The other four injured are being treated at Manipla Hospital. The child present in the car is said to be safe escape with minor injuries.

Kundapur police are investigating the case.
