Housewife brutally murdered in Kundapur

Kundapur, Oct 22, 2011: A housewife was murdered in her house near Gandhi Maidan on BTR Road in Kundapur and the police are totally baffled about it.

The deceased is Kusuma (48), the wife of Ramanna, who is employed at Karnataka Bank. She was found murdered in her house at 10:00 a.m. on Oct 21 Friday in her house, located opposite Gandhi Maidan.

 

 

She was killed by someone who stabbed her several times on her chest. The police suspect that someone shared juice and snacks with her before killing her. The Kundapur Police are currently investigating the case.

Sources close to Kusuma say that she was a gentle lady who was friendly with her neighbos. They feel that the killing might be related to a land deal. She was an insurance agent and nobody had any reason to be enemies with her, they say.
