Health minister U T Khader visits Farangipet landslide-hit area

Mangaluru: July 17, 2015: The tragic incident which occurred  near Farangipet on Tuesday where the construction workers were buried under the mud, due to the landslide, the Health Minister U T Khader visited the area and met and families of the deceased on Thursday.

 

 

 

 

Khader advised the Builders to construct a retaining wall as there are houses near the construction area, as the risk of collapsing is high. He advised them to construct at the earliest.

It is learnt that the workers who died in the mishap were from the neighboring country Bangladesh. The bodies of the deceased have been kept in the mortuary for the investigation.
