Head Constable booked under POSCO act commits suicide

Mangaluru, Mar 25, 2017: A Head Consatble who was booked under POSCO act ends life by jumping off the fourth floor of District court on March 25, Saturday.

 

Praveen, Head Constable of Bajpe police station is identified as the deceased.

 

It is said that Praveen was booked under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) act for allegedly filming a girl while  having her shower. Today he was  produced before II District court, he suddeenly jummps off the fourth floor of the building.

Seriously injured Praveen was rushed to Wenlock Hospital in Mangaluru. But succumbbed to injuries in the evening.
