Hartal against RSS activist’s murder hits normal life in Kasargod

Kasargod, July 30, 2017: Normal life in Kasargod district has been completely disrupted  as elsewhere in the state on July 30, Sunday following  the hartal call given by the BJP to condemn the killing of RSS activist Rajesh at Tiruvananthapuram on Saturday night.

Shops and business establishments have downed their shutters while vehicles  both private and government are off the roads. Even those vehicles which were seen on the roads were prevented by BJP workers.  Many people who were unaware of the bundh call were greatly affected due to non-availability of public transport service. As it is a Sunday, students were not affected.

7 accused arrested: Police have already taken into custody seven persons in connection with the murder while two others are said to be absconding.
