Haj pilgrims’ registration camp commences

Mangaluru, July 22,2017: The registration process  of  Haj pilgrims who will be embarking on the holy Haj pilgrimage from the Mangaluru Internatioanal Airport his year, commenced at the airport on July 22, Saturday. K M Aboobakker Siddiqui, Member of the State Haj Committee initiated the process by offering Duwa. Mangaluru Haj Committee President Y Mohammad Kunhi Haji distributed medical kits to the pilgrims. Haj  Management Committee Vice President Mehamood Haji, Secretary, Haneef Haji, Ahmed Bava, Basheer Haji and others were present.

The  flights carrying Haj pilgrims will leave MIA for Madina on July 24, 25 and 26. A farewell ceremony for the pilgrims will be held at Bajpe Ansar School on July 24. The programme would be attended by state Haj Minister Roshan Baig, Khazis of both the districts as well as dignitaries of the community.
