Guru Vandana in honour of Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji on Nov 27

Mangaluru, Nov 11, 2016 : A Guru Vandana in honour of Srimad Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji, the former pontiff of Kashi Mutt Samsthan, who passed away earlier this year, will be held at Sanghaniketan on November 27 under the auspices of the Sri Sukratindra  Seva Pratishtana of Mangaluru.

As part of the day’s events a Sankeerthana Procession will commence from Carstreet on November 27 at  8.30 am.

The procession will feature a palanquin in which the portraits of Srimad Sukratindra Swamii and Srimad Sudhindra Theertha Swamiji  will be placed. The procession will head towards Sanghaniketan where a programme will be held at 10 am.

Several dignitaries and scholars who will participate will speak about the contributions of the swamiji  towards development of the commnity in various fields including social, religious and  educational fields.

There will also be a Saha Bhojana (lunch) in the afternoon after which the present Kashi Mutt seer   Srimad Samyamindra Theertha  Swamiji will    offer Mantrakshathe and Prasadam to the devotees.
