Grand procession marks conclusion of 92nd Sharada Mahotsava of SVT

Mangalore, Oct 06, 2014: The 92nd Shree Sharada Mahotsava of the  Shree Venkatramana Temple at Carstreet here, concluded on October 5, Sunday with a grand and colourful Shobhayatra. The procession featuring several attractive tableaux and Hulivesha teams passed through the main streets of the city before culminating  at the Mahamaya Temple lake where the idol of the Goddess was immersed.

 

 

 

 

 

Thousands of people had flocked the temple as well as the streets of the city to witness the procession and be blessed to see the idol of Goddess Sharada which soaked them in devotion.
