Govt must hold talks with pvt entities over job quota to Kannadigas : Khader

Mangaluru, Feb 13, 2020:  MLA and former minister U T Khader has said that he too supports today’s Karnataka Bundh seeking reservation for Kannadigas in jobs in private sector too.

 

Speaking to reporters here, Khader said the reservation in jobs for Kannadigas is essential considering  rising privatisation. He said the Government must hold talks with the organisations which have given the bundh call but alleged that the government was not interested in this.

The government should also hold consultations with private companies on offering jobs to locals and also take steps to implement the Sarojini Mahishi report, he added.
