Goods vehicle fatally runs over 2 persons waiting for bus at Panambur

Mangalore, April, 1, 2014:  Two persons including a woman who were waiting for the bus were killed and two others were critically injured when they were run over by an Eicher Goods vehicle near the Kudremukh Gate at Panambur on March 31, Monday.

 

 

It is learnt the driver of the vehicle laden with plywood sheets  lost control over the vehicle which overturned and crushed the two to death.

 The vehicle was heading towards Panambur from Mangalore when the mishap took place.  It is learnt, both the dead were labourers and were waiting for a bus at the bus stop to go home.

Panambur police have registered a case.
