Golden Garuda offered to Lord Veera Venkatesha at SVT, Carstreet

Mangaluru, May 16, 2019: A Golden Garuda was offered  to Lord Veera Venkatesha on May 16, Thursday at the Shree Venkataramana Temple, Carstreet in the divine presence  of  Kashi Mutt Pontiff Shreemad Samyameendra Teertha Swamiji. Later the chariot adorned with Garuda and the was pulled around the temple.

 

 

 

 

 

The Garuda was made with 8 kg  gold and 7 kg silver with efforts of 10 skilled artisans under supervision of Sudarshan Chiplunkar.

Trustees of the Temple C.L Shenoy, Prashanth Rao, Ramachandra Kamath, donors of the Golden Garuda Seva, and members of the Samaj were present in large numbers.
