Gold worth Rs 6.19 lakh seized from passenger at MIA

Mangaluru, March 20, 2024: Customs officials at the Mangaluru International Airport have seized 96 grams gold worth Rs 6,19,200 from a passenger who arrived from Dubai on March 19.

The passenger who was from Bhatkal had concealed the gold in paste form in between double layered brown coloured paper sheets which were kept in a trolley bag.
