Gold hidden in salad making machine seized at MIA

Mangaluru, July 13, 2018: Customs officials at the Mangaluru International Airport have seized 697 grams of gold concealed in a salad making machine and portable CD radio.

The  gold was found in the baggage of a  passenger    of Kasargod origin.

The arrested passenger has been  identified as Mohsin Aboobakker. He had arrived from Dubai by an Air India flight IX 814  on Friday.
