Girl waylaid and harassed - man in police custody

Mangaluru, Feb 15, 2015  : It is reported that  Police in Mulky took in to custody a man  who allegedly way laid  a young girl, acted indecent  and  harassed her.

The girl  residing at Chitrapu, was going to work after getting down at Mulki bus stand.  Chandrahasa about 44 yrs,  resident of Kakwa waylaid her and demanded money. The girl refused and the man is said to have behaved indecently harrassing her. She lodged a  complaint in Mulky police station.

The police later  arrested Chandrahasa and took him to Moodbidri court for action.
