Girl injured as jilted lover pulls her out of bus

Belthangady, Jan 06, 2018: In a shocking incident reported from Nejikar near here on January 5, Friday, a girl student sustained injuries after a  jilted lover  tried to pull her out from a  bus.

 

The accused  has been identified as Karthik of Ilanthila Village. He was student of a college in Belthangady  and was reportedly dejected as the girl was not reciprocating his love for her.

It is said  on Friday when the girl  was boarding the bus, the youth who  was on his bike pulled  her from the footboard. The girl fell on the road and sustained injuries. The locals  who noticed this immediately trapped Karthik and handed him over to the police while the girl was admitted to hospital.

It is said the parents  of the boy and girl  have settled the matter  through talks.
