Girl found dead in Gurupur river; suicide suspected

Mangaluru, Jan 06, 2018: In a suspected case of suicide, the  body of a first PUC girl student has been found in the Gurupur river on January 6, Saturday. The deceased girl has been identified as Tanushree of Ulaibettu.

 

Tanushree was a student of Rosa Mystica College and was the daughter of Shashikala and late Suraj. Kankanady police who retrieved the body has sent it for post-mortem.

Investigations are underway.
