Fr. Valerian D’Souza takes over as new parish priest of Milagres

Mangalore, Jun 1, 2012 : Fr. Valerian D’Souza, former director of St. Joseph Engineering College in Vamajoor, took over as the new parish priest of Milagres on May 30, Thursday.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The previous parish priest Fr. Walter D’Mello is going to Rome at the end of June for further studies.

Fr. Stany Goveas, Episcopal vicar; Fr. Jossy Lobo, new director of St. Joseph Engineering College; Fr. Henry Mascarenhas, assistant director; Fr. Wilson D’Souza, secretary of Catholic Board of Education; Fr. Anil, assistant parish priest of Milagres parish; Fr. Francis Xavier Gomes, principal of Milagres College; Alwyn Rosario, vice president of the Milagres Parish Council; and Gerald Pinto, secretary, were present at the taking-over ceremony.
