Foundation stone laid for Koti Chennayya Circle

Mangalore, Oct 21, 2012: A number of dignitaries such as Mayor Gulzar Banu, MLA J. Krishna Palemar, Vinay Kumar Sorake, Vijayalaxmi, Premanand Shetty, Deepak Poojary, Suresh Babu, K. B. Suvarna, Meera Ashok Kumar, and others laid the foundation stone for Koti Chennayya Circle near Nandigudda on Oct 21, Sunday. 

On this occasion, the Mangalore City Corporation (MCC) handed over the responsibility of maintaining the circle to Narayana Guru Yuva Vedike.

 

Harish Shanthi of Shree Brahma Baiderkala Garodi performed the religious rituals, with M. S. Kotian taking part. 

The Koti –Chennayya Circle is estimated to cost around Rs. 3,75,000 and is expected to be completed before Jan 2013.
