Foundation laid for Nidhi Land Rosary Cottage at Kulshekhar

Mangaluru, Dec 15, 2015:  The foundation stone for Rosary Cottage, a venture of Nidhi Land Infrastructure Developers was laid by DK District in-charge Minister B Ramanatha Rai at Kulshekhar on December 14, Monday. Fr Victor Machado, Parish Priest of Holy Cross Cordel Church, blessed the  new project.

 

 

 

In his address,  Rai appreciated the new venture of Nidi Land and wished success for the project as well as  the families who will reside in Rosary Cottage.

Mangaluru South MLA JR Lobo released the brochures of Rosary Cottage.

CREDAI President  D B Mehta  who also spoke, highlighted the need for a real estate bill which would promote the real estate sector while also protect the interests of the buyers.

Brahma Kumari Vishweshwari, Bhasker K, Corporator, Prashanth Kumar Sanil, Proprietor of Nidhi Land,  K Vimal Kumar, Karunakara Shetty, land owners and others were present.

Rosary Village is a project that comes with best of features and amenities including spacious visitors’ lounge,  two automatic elevators of eight  passengers capacity,  surveillance camera,  covered car  parking (at extra cost),  recreation/ multipurpose space on terrace,  children’s play area,  intercom connection,  fire fighting system etc.
