Former MUDA Chairman, Dr. Madhav Bhandary is no more.

Mangalore, July 17, 2012: Dr. Madhav Bandary, former Chairman, Mangalore Urban Development Authority died in a private hospital today, July 17, 2012, at 9.30 PM. He was 73.

He was admitted in Yenopoya Hospital, Mangalore for over a week. He was suffering from kidney related problem for quite long time. He breathed his last in the hospital at 9.30 PM,today. 

Dr. Madhave Bhandary was a senior RSS man and had worked for the Sangh for over five decades. He was very active in BJP since inception in South Kanara, especially Mangalore.

He was the chairman of MUDA for two terms. He was instrumental in bringing out the New Master plan for Mangalore City Corporation.

He is survived by wife, a daughter and a son.
