Fisherman slips to death while fishing

Kundapur, Apr 14, 2016:  A fisherman from Dombe near here lost his life after  he slipped into the sea while fishing  at Someshwar Beach near Byndoor on April 13, Wednesday evening. The deceased is Shantharam (47).

 

 Shantharam was on a fishing expedition  when he all of a sudden lost his balane and fell into the waters at around 6.30 pm. Some people who saw the mishap, immediately  plunged into the waters and tried to rescue him. It is said Shantharam died while being rushed to the hospital.

Byndoor police have registered a case.
