Fisherman drowns in Byndoor

Udupi, May 22, 2014 :    According to police, a fisherman drowned in Yedamavin River in Keerimanjeshwara in Byndoor  yesterday May 21.

He was identified as Rama Kharvi from Koderi in Keerimanjeshwara. He had gone missing after he left home for fishing on Tuesday.

However, his body was found in the river with his legs entangled in the fishing net  later at night on the same day. A case has been registered in Byndoor police station.
