FIR against a high court advocate for assaulting a woman in Bengaluru

Bengaluru July 19, 2016: An FIR has been registered against Mangaluru based high court lawyer for assaulting a woman in Bengaluru was reported in a local news paper on Monday, July 18, 2016. The advocate has been identified as Ravindra Kamath.

Ravindra Kamath owns a office in Cunning Ham Road at Bengaluru. It is said that 41 year old beautician from RT Nagar arrived to his office for the purpose of proclamation related to a case. Later he behaved unseemly and assaulted her in closed room; luckily she managed to flee from the spot, said a report.

The police have registered a case under section 354 and have started further investigation.

The lawer has denied all alegations and filed his reply to the police against the complaint.
