Ex-MLA Pramod Madhwaraj hands over 8 houses to poor families

Udupi, June 05, 2018: Eight houses constructed for the poor families  with the help of contributions from donors, were handed over to the beneficiaries  by Congress leader and former MLA Pramod Madhwaraj  on June 4, Monday.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Pramod said each house has been constructed at a cost of Rs 1.5 lakh with the help of donors including   Gautham Agarwal, proprietor of Sai Radha.  Eight houses are now complete as part of this government project aimed at constructing 100 houses, he added.

If one house has been constructed at Kalianpur another is constructed near Thottam Church. Four more have been constructed at Thottam and one each at Nitte and Gajjarbettu.
