Eminent Journalist and Industrialist Late V.S.Kudva Remembered

Mangaluru June 09 2019: In commemoration of  120th Birth Anniversary of Late V.S. Kudva Founder of Canara Workshops Ltd., and Founder, Editor of erstwhile Nava Bharath Kannada Daily was celebrated as on 09.06.2019 as “Founders Day” at their Industrial Campus Maroli Mangaluru.

 

Mr. Srinivas V Kudva Managing director of the Company and son of Late V.S. Kudva offered Floral Tributes to Memorial of the Founder of the Company. Mr. Premnath Executive Director of the Company and Kudva’s Grandson paid homage to the founder.

Author of V.S. Kudva’s Biography Mr. M.V. Mallya was the Guest of Honor on this occasion he paid Rich Tributes to Late V.S. Kudva on his exemplary achievements in the field of automobile industry and journalism.  Many staff members  paid their respects to the founder by offering garlands.

Earlier Dy. General Manager (H.R) Mr. J.A. Salim welcomed the gathering and presented a brief report on the achievements of the Founder in the Field of  Automobile Industry and Journalism.

On this Occasion 2 Senior Retired Employees Mrs. Kaushalya and Mr. Devdas Gujran were honored for their sincere contribution to the institution and 61 Employees who have registered 100% attendance to duty were also felicitated. General Manager Ravichandra Rao, Deputy General Manager Umanath Bhat were present on this occasion. 

Mrs. Usha Vishwanath Asst. Manager (Stores) presented a service record of the employees and staff Sanjeev Poojary proposed a vote of thanks.
