Dubai’s Dhwani Prathishtana to celebrate its 30th Anniversary on Sep 23rd

Mangaluru Aug 26, 2016: Dhwani Prathisthana of Dubai will celebrate its 30th anniversary and set to organise 2nd Kannada Sahitya Sammelana in Dubai on September 23rd, informed Prakash Roa President of Dhwani Prathistana.

Addressing to the press at Hotel Woodland today August 26 Friday he said that, dhwani prathistana was first started in Mumbai and active in the field of literature and Theatre activities and performed myriad shows in India and abroad.

He also said that, in the year 2003 "Thaare Yenisi Mottha Heli" book was released and Dhwani Sri Ranga Ranga award conferred to reknowned theatre artists in last 8 years, among them were Mukyamantri Chandru, Damodar Shetty, Nagabharana, B Jayashree.

During this occasion Minister for Kannada and Cultural department Umashree will be conferred with Sri Ranga Ranga award.

Office bearers of Dhwani Prathistana Bharath Shetty, Padmaraj Yekkar and others were present.
