Driver booked for obstructing cops on lockdown duty ; car seized

Mangaluru, April 17, 2020:   A  car driver who not only violated lockdown rules but also abused the police and obstructed them from doing their duty while  on  their routine  checking drive, has been  booked.  A case has been registered at Urwa police station. The car has also been seized.

 

The incident took place near Lalbagh on Thursday evening. Suresh Rao, a resident of near PVS was seen driving his vehicle at around 6 pm when he was questioned by the police. He was also asked to produce his pass. But the  person on the driver’s seat  behaved  irresponsibly and had even abused the police.
