Dr D Veerendra Heggade exhorts people to use welfare schemes

Belthangady, Dec 19, 2016: Dr Heggade gave a call to the people to utilize various plans introduced by the Shri Kshethra through self service groups in the state. On the occasion, a book titled, ‘Govu Mattu Savayava Bduku’  (Cow and Organic Life) written by Professor PN Mudithaya and  Souvenir of the event Pingara were released.

"People should utilize various plans, schemes introduced by the government, Shri Dharmasthala Gramabhivrudhi Yojane to make themselves self sufficient. It is the responsibility of us to use the natural resources properly for the welfare of all and we shouldn’t spend money for drugs, liqueur and others. People should educate their children for the well being of the society," said Dr D Veerendra Heggade speaking at a two day district level agriculture fest being organized at Bayikatte in Paivalike of Kasaragod district.

The event is being organized by Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Gramabhivrudhi Yojane.
