District Congress Seva Dal President held for assaulting a family

Mangaluru July 19 ,2016 : Bunder police have registered case against District Congress Seva Dal President for assaulting a woman and her daughter. The incident took place on July 18 , Monday at Sahara Residency Apartmernt located at Falnir road in Mangaluru .
The accused is H M Ashraf , District Congress Seva Dal President.
It is said John Monterio along with his family were on their way for shopping. As they were moving out of their Apartment in the car Asraf allegedly blocked the path by parking his car in the middle blocking the way. On requesting him to move the vehicle he assaulted the woman and later her minor daughter.
The police arrived the spot and took Ashraf to custody. He was charged under POSCO act for assaulting the minor girl . The investigation is going on.
The woman and her daughter are being treated at a hospital in Mangaluru.
