Dist. Officials inspect M’lore Jail

Mangaluru, Mar 25, 2015: DK Deputy Commissioner Adoor.B. Ibrahim  promised to hold regular health and dental check-up camps for inmates of the Mangaluru District Prison during his inspection on March 24.

The DC  was accompanied by the Principal District and Sessions Judge Uma M.G., Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime and Traffic) N. Vishnuvardhan and other officials.

The officials attentively looked into the pleas of the inmates passing rapid instructions. Instructions were also given regarding not mixing youth with simple cases temporarily detained and hard core criminals. Matters concerning security of prison guards too was looked into.
