Dinesh Holla’s exhibition of line art inaugurated in Prasad Art Gallery

Mangalore, Sep 2, 2012: Dinesh Holla’s exhibition of line art, called Grey Wings, was inaugurated in Prasad Art Gallery on September 2, Sunday. It is a display of around 36 works of art depicting Indian culture and folk art and will be held till September 4, Tuesday. 

The collection will also be displayed during the International Kite Festival at Dieppe in France, which is scheduled to be held from September 7 to September 17.

District Kannada Sahitya Parishad President Pradeep Kumar Kalkura inaugurated the exhibition and expressed his appreciation of Dinesh Holla. Urging Holla to include elements of Kannada culture in his art, he wished him all the best at the international kite festival. 

Aarehole Sadashiva Rao was the chief guest of the event. Among those present were Koti Prasad Alva of Karavali Chitrakala Chavali; Sarvesh, founder of Team Mangalore; and Sapna Noronha, artist, were also present.
