Dinesh Holla’s art work selected for France Kite Festival

Mangaluru, July 28, 2018: Artist Dinesh Holla’s artwork has been selected as the official poster of Dieppe Kite Festival in France, to be held from September 8 to 16. It is the third consecutive time that Holla’s work is selected as the festival poster.

 

Forty-eight countries take part in the festival. Artists from the US, Canada, Australia, and European countries had designed the poster as well.

“Through the poster, we have touched the issue of global warming and we need to find a solution to keep it in check,” he said. The poster has been developed with the theme ‘One sky, one earth, and one family’, and has highlighted the need for the conservation of the environment, responsibility and concern for nature. Team Mangalore, under Sarvesh Rao, will represent India at the festiva.

The team will have Dinesh Holla and Sathish Rao as well.
