Dharmasthala : Grand Laksha Deepotsava from Nov 22 to 27

Belthangady, Nov 19, 2019:  Arrangements are in full swing for the  Laksha Deepotsava of  Dharmasthala Shree Manjunatha Swami Temple, scheduled to be held from November 22 to 27.  Apart from religious rituals a host of other events including All Religion Conference, Literary Conference, musical and dance programmes will be held.

 

The  cultural events will be held at the  stage at the exhibition venue. There will be a Lalitha Kala Goshti at the Amritvarshini auditorium on November 24 while the 87th all-religion conference to be held at the same venue on November 25 will be inaugurated by former Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan. ISKCON’s Gaur Gopaldas  will preside over the function.

On November 26, Deputy Chief Minister  Dr Ashwatha Narayana will inaugurate the 87th Literary Conference. Dr B A Viveka Rai, former VC of Hampi Kannada University will preside over the function.

On November 27 there will be a Samavasarana Pooja of Bhagavan Shree Chandranatha Swami from 6.30  pm onwards.
