Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India recognises Nitte for MSc in Marine Biotechnology

Mangaluru, June 02, 2020:   The Ministry of Science & Technology, Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India has approved Nitte University Centre for Science Education & Research (NUCSER) to offer MSc in Marine Biotechnology. This recognition is awarded by the DBT, that will sponsor 10 students with a national fellowship of Rs.5,000/- per month.

 

 

Students will be selected through a National Level Graduate Aptitude Test-Biotechnology (GAT-B) for all Biotechnology related courses in the country. The selection of students will be based on merit in GAT-B.

The online registration for the GAT-B is open and registration will close on 18th June 2020. The online examination is scheduled on 30th June 2020.
